Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, touring stores, providing feedback, communicating store operations, and guiding business objectives
  • Model exceptional customer service, manage/support initiatives (e.g., store of the community, outreach), resolve customer issues, and implement action plans for improvements
  • Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing P&L, managing budgeting/forecasting/expenses, ensuring merchandise presentation/inventory/operations, and achieving sales/profit goals
  • Provide supervision/development for hourly associates: hire, train, mentor, assign duties, set expectations, recognize performance, promote belonging, and recruit for staffing needs
  • Coordinate/oversight job activities: maintain stakeholder relationships, support plans/initiatives, set/communicate goals, build accountability, measure progress, and address improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics, implement action plans, and guide on Open Door Policy application
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, create belonging culture, collaborate effectively, attract/retain/develop talent, and promote integrity/ethics/compliance
