Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, touring stores, providing feedback, communicating on operations and initiatives, and leading change efforts
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service, manage initiatives like store of the community, resolve customer issues, and implement action plans for improvements
  • Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing P&L, managing budgeting/forecasting/expenses, ensuring merchandise presentation/inventory/operations, and achieving sales/profit goals
  • Provide supervision and development for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, recognition, and fostering belonging
  • Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, maintain stakeholder relationships, support plans/initiatives, set goals, measure progress, and address improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity; implement action plans and support Open Door Policy
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace differences, create belonging culture, attract/retain talent, empower development, and recognize contributions
