Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, manage/support initiatives (e.g., store of the community, outreach), resolve customer issues, develop/implement action plans, and lead process improvements for high-quality experiences
  • Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing P&L statements, managing budgeting/forecasting/expenses, ensuring merchandise presentation/seasonal transitions/inventory flow/operations, and implementing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales/profit goals
  • Provide supervision and development for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, providing recognition, communicating consistently, promoting belonging mindset, and recruiting to meet staffing/growth needs
  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities/assignments by maintaining stakeholder relationships, supporting plans/initiatives, identifying/communicating goals, building accountability, measuring progress, addressing improvements, demonstrating adaptability, and promoting learning
