Responsibilities

  • Initiate, direct, and participate in community outreach programs; champion company-sponsored programs, events, and sustainability efforts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies by holding associates accountable, implementing controls, monitoring reviews, and developing action plans
  • Provide supervision and development for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance, setting expectations, and ensuring diversity awareness
  • Model exceptional customer service, manage initiatives, resolve customer issues, and implement action plans for improvements
  • Assist store manager in driving financial performance by achieving sales/profit goals, reviewing P&L, controlling expenses, and participating in forecasting
  • Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by developing stakeholder relationships, supporting plans, identifying goals, building accountability, and promoting continuous learning
  • Ensure compliance with company mission, values, ethics, and integrity through action plans and guidance
