Responsibilities

  • Initiate, direct, and participate in community outreach programs, champion company-sponsored events, and promote sustainability efforts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies by holding associates accountable, implementing safety/asset protection controls, and developing action plans for deficiencies
  • Provide supervision and development for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, performance evaluation, recognition, and clear expectation-setting
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service, manage initiatives, resolve complaints, and implement action plans for high-quality customer experience
  • Assist store manager in achieving sales/profit goals, reviewing P&L statements, controlling expenses, and developing financial correction plans
  • Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, support stakeholder plans, communicate goals, build accountability, and address improvement opportunities
  • Maintain highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance while modeling Walmart values and supporting company culture
