Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Initiate, direct, and participate in community outreach programs, champion company-sponsored events, sustainability efforts, and community relationships
  • Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures by holding associates accountable, analyzing reports, implementing safety/asset protection controls, maintaining quality standards, and developing action plans
  • Provide supervision and development for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance, setting expectations, and promoting belonging
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service, manage initiatives, resolve issues, and implement action plans for high-quality customer experience
  • Assist store manager in driving financial performance by achieving sales/profit goals, reviewing P&L, controlling expenses, correcting deficiencies, and participating in budget forecasting
  • Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, support stakeholder plans/initiatives, communicate goals, build accountability, measure results, and identify improvements
  • Support company mission, values, ethics, and integrity through action plans, Open Door Policy, and guidance on business processes
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace differences, create belonging culture, work collaboratively, attract/retain/develop talent, and hold self/others accountable to Walmart values
