Responsibilities

  • Initiate, direct, and participate in community outreach programs, establish community relationships, and champion company-sponsored programs, events, and sustainability efforts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by holding associates accountable, analyzing reports, implementing controls, and developing action plans
  • Provide supervision and development for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, performance evaluation, recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset
  • Model exceptional customer service, manage initiatives, resolve complaints, and implement process improvements for high-quality customer experience
  • Assist in driving financial performance by achieving sales/profit goals, reviewing P&L statements, controlling expenses, and participating in budget forecasting
  • Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, support stakeholder plans, set goals, measure progress, and address improvement opportunities
  • Implement action plans for company mission, values, ethics, and integrity, utilizing the Open Door Policy
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace differences, create belonging culture, empower talent, and hold accountable to Walmart values
