Requirements

  • Follow all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, and company steel standard guidelines
  • Correct and report unsafe situations to management
  • Acknowledge members, identify needs, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote company products/services
  • Stock merchandise, set up, clean, and organize product displays, remove damaged goods, sign and price merchandise appropriately, and secure fragile/high-shrink items
  • Properly handle claims and returns, zone the liquor area, arrange/organize merchandise, and identify shrink/damages per company policies
  • Operate cash registers/related equipment, process purchases, and assist with payments, returns, refunds, exchanges using procedures for different memberships/payment types
  • Maintain cash registers/lanes, stock register supplies/box bins, identify concealed merchandise, and meet frontend performance goals to reduce shrink
  • Secure liquor merchandise, maintain signage, verify member ID, and complete/maintain paperwork/documentation per company/legal policies

Responsibilities

  • Maintain facility safety through standards, sweeps, forklift procedures, steel guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations
  • Provide member service by assisting with needs, purchases, locations, resolutions, and promotions
  • Maintain merchandise presentation in liquor area via stocking, displays, cleaning, organization, damage removal, signing/pricing, and securing items
  • Maintain sales floor in liquor area per policies: handle claims/returns, zone, organize, identify shrink/damages
  • Operate hardware for transactions, process purchases/payments/returns/refunds/exchanges
  • Maintain registers/lanes, reduce shrink via supplies stocking, concealed item checks, and performance goals
  • Follow liquor sales policies: secure items, signage, ID verification, paperwork
  • Foster team culture: embrace diversity, build relationships, communicate effectively, mentor, recognize others
  • Uphold integrity: promote ethics/compliance, model values, ensure accountability, support regenerative impact
