Requirements

  • Capability to manage and coordinate training programs (e.g., new hire orientation, CBL modules, web-based training, virtual classroom) for associates, drivers, and management

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative functions of the HR office (e.g., benefits, hiring/transfers, terminations, payroll) by executing/refining recruiting/staffing initiatives and addressing employment concerns
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies by reviewing/managing HR documents, implementing HR systems/applications, and researching/gathering data for HR issues
  • Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on Logistics/company policies, monitoring compliance, distributing/maintaining procedures/documentation
