Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee/manage relationship with Transportation Command Center for Emergency Operating Center requests, collaborating on alternatives/routes, ensuring freight flow, and optimizing resources in emergencies
  • Provide supervision/development for associates via selection/training/mentoring, duty assignment, team-building, performance expectations/evaluations, recognition/rewards, coaching, and promoting belonging
  • Resolve escalated associate/driver/customer/supplier concerns by assessing/validating facts, consulting teams, and overseeing solutions
  • Promote/support company policies/procedures/mission/values/ethics/integrity by training/directing others, ensuring compliance, and utilizing Open Door Policy
