Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening, touring stores, providing feedback, communicating on operations/business initiatives, leading change, and setting expectations
  • Model exceptional customer service using OBW, support initiatives like store of the community, resolve issues, develop action plans, and ensure high-quality experiences
  • Drive financial performance by reviewing P&L, managing budgeting/forecasting/expenses, monitoring merchandise/inventory/operations, and implementing plans to achieve sales/profit goals
  • Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognition, and promoting belonging
  • Coordinate activities by maintaining stakeholder relationships, supporting plans, setting/measuring goals, addressing improvements, and promoting adaptability/learning
  • Ensure compliance with policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics via action plans and Open Door Policy guidance
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace differences, create belonging culture, collaborate, communicate positively, attract/retain/develop talent
