Responsibilities

  • Engages in content teachbacks and co-facilitation of training content for Driver Trainees with senior leaders
  • Provides feedback to participants in Driver Trainee program, Fleet Development leadership, and Regional Training Center team members
  • Conducts facilitation audits on all Fleet Development roles
  • Conducts One Best Way consistency tours in Regional Training Centers with leadership to provide risk assessments
  • Ensures One Best Way compliance and alignment with Fleet Development class content in Regional Training Centers
  • Participates in Fleet Development content development and reviews, providing feedback to Learning Content Development team
  • Conducts assessment reviews with Learning Content Development team to validate content accuracy
  • Supports adoption of structural and change initiatives by engaging associates in Regional Training Centers
  • Educates Driver Trainees on change initiatives through classroom and virtual facilitation
  • Supports Regional Training Centers outside class times by assisting processes and executing tours
  • Conducts training classes per block schedules, executing designed activities
  • Monitors virtual reality training utilization and end-of-day activities across Fleet Development locations
  • Stays informed on One Best Way process changes by working with associates and leaders
  • Delivers training to Regional Training Center associates using modalities like Academy Connect, VR, future tech
  • Implements and supports training for specialty and change initiatives
  • Engages Fleet Development Trainers by providing additional training and following up on tasks
  • Provides supervision and development: hiring, training, mentoring associates; assigns duties, provides recognition, ensures belonging
