Responsibilities
- Engages in content teachbacks and co-facilitation of training content for Driver Trainees with senior leaders
- Provides feedback to participants in Driver Trainee program, Fleet Development leadership, and Regional Training Center team members
- Conducts facilitation audits on all Fleet Development roles
- Conducts One Best Way consistency tours in Regional Training Centers with leadership to provide risk assessments
- Ensures One Best Way compliance and alignment with Fleet Development class content in Regional Training Centers
- Participates in Fleet Development content development and reviews, providing feedback to Learning Content Development team
- Conducts assessment reviews with Learning Content Development team to validate content accuracy
- Supports adoption of structural and change initiatives by engaging associates in Regional Training Centers
- Educates Driver Trainees on change initiatives through classroom and virtual facilitation
- Supports Regional Training Centers outside class times by assisting processes and executing tours
- Conducts training classes per block schedules, executing designed activities
- Monitors virtual reality training utilization and end-of-day activities across Fleet Development locations
- Stays informed on One Best Way process changes by working with associates and leaders
- Delivers training to Regional Training Center associates using modalities like Academy Connect, VR, future tech
- Implements and supports training for specialty and change initiatives
- Engages Fleet Development Trainers by providing additional training and following up on tasks
- Provides supervision and development: hiring, training, mentoring associates; assigns duties, provides recognition, ensures belonging
