Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and development for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, recognition, and promoting belonging
  • Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by supporting plans, communicating goals, building accountability, and promoting continuous learning
  • Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening, touring stores (Tour-to-Teach), collaborating on operations, and implementing business solutions
  • Model exceptional customer service, manage initiatives, resolve issues, and implement action plans for improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, mission, values, ethics, and integrity
  • Drive financial performance by reviewing P&L, managing budgets/expenses, monitoring merchandise/inventory, and mitigating shrink to achieve sales/profit goals
  • Embrace individual differences, create inclusive culture, and foster opportunities for associates
  • Build strong team relationships, communicate positively, and strengthen team through mentoring and recognition
