Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and development for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and promoting belonging
  • Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, support plans to meet customer/business needs, set goals, measure progress, and address improvements
  • Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, touring stores for feedback, communicating operations and initiatives, and implementing changes
  • Model exceptional customer service, manage initiatives, resolve complaints, and implement action plans for improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, mission, values, ethics, and integrity through action plans and guidance
  • Drive financial performance by reviewing P&L, managing budgets/expenses, monitoring merchandise/inventory/operations, and achieving sales/profit goals
  • Embrace differences, create inclusive culture, attract talent, work as a team, build relationships, and motivate others
  • Strengthen teams through development, mentoring, and recognition
