This Coach/Ops Manager Trainee will lead and develop teams by providing training, feedback, and guidance, tour stores to assess operations and identify areas for improvement, model exceptional customer service standards, drive financial performance through budgeting and sales management, provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, coordinate job-related activities, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
