Responsibilities

  • Model exceptional customer service (OBW), manage/support initiatives (e.g., community programs), resolve customer needs/complaints, develop/implement action plans for deficiencies, provide process improvement for high-quality experience
  • Drive financial performance/sales: review P&L, manage budgeting/forecasting/expenses, monitor merchandise/inventory/operations, implement action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales/profit goals
  • Supervise/develop hourly associates: hire, train, mentor, assign duties, set expectations, provide recognition, promote belonging, recruit/develop for staffing/growth
  • Coordinate/oversee job activities: maintain stakeholder relationships, support plans/initiatives, identify/communicate goals, build accountability, measure progress, address improvements, demonstrate adaptability, promote learning
