  • Uphold Open Door Policy (e.g., meeting with Associates, listening to concerns, researching issues, providing resolutions, seeking feedback)
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations (e.g., analyzing reports, implementing controls for HR, asset protection, safety; overseeing reviews; developing action plans)
  • Participate in community outreach (e.g., building relationships, representing Company, promoting programs, events, sustainability)
  • Monitor and support food safety, cold chain, and merchandise quality (e.g., evaluating stocked merchandise, ensuring fresh areas meet expectations and budgets)
  • Contribute to membership and sales growth (e.g., visiting Business Members, building relationships, motivating Membership Sales Team)
  • Assist Club Manager in directing management and associates on member service (e.g., resolving issues, overseeing operations in absence, assisting with purchases and questions)
  • Increase quality of member experience (e.g., modeling service levels, developing merchandise presentation)
