Responsibilities

  • Communicate and explain Membership types, programs, benefits to assist account decisions, build Membership levels, encourage renewals, promote Sam's Club products/services
  • Provide customer/member service by acknowledging customers, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products/services while maintaining safe environment
  • Maintain area of responsibility by cleaning and organizing car wash/gas station area, ensuring accurate pricing and signage
  • Maintain Gas Station/Car Wash area per company policies: handle claims/returns, zone area, arrange/organize merchandise/supplies, identify shrink/damages, ensure safe work environment
  • Receive and stock merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers, organize/maintain facility following procedures, utilize equipment, merchandise, complete/retain paperwork/logs/documentation
  • Operate cash registers and tools to process customer purchases using appropriate procedures for payment types and items
  • Operate and maintain Gas Station/Car Wash equipment, provide products/services to customers per company policies
  • Work as a team, build relationships, communicate to motivate/influence, help/develop/mentor others, recognize contributions
  • Model Walmart values, support regenerative goals, act selfless/humble/honest/fair/transparent
