Requirements
- Ability to communicate and explain Membership types, programs, benefits, credit card programs, and application processes to assist with account decisions, build Membership levels, encourage renewals, and promote Sam's Club products and services
- Skills in providing Customer/Member service, including acknowledging customers, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services while maintaining a safe environment
- Capability to maintain the Gas Station/Car Wash area by cleaning, organizing, ensuring accurate pricing signage, handling claims/returns, zoning, arranging merchandise/supplies, identifying shrink/damages, and ensuring safety per company policies
- Experience or ability to receive, stock, and organize merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing required paperwork/logs/documentation
- Proficiency in operating equipment such as cash registers and related tools to process purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types and items
- Knowledge to operate and maintain Gas Station/Car Wash equipment and provide products/services per company policies

Responsibilities
- Communicate and explain Membership types, programs, benefits, credit card options, and promote Sam's Club value to current/prospective Members
- Provide Customer/Member service by acknowledging them, identifying needs, assisting purchases, locating items, resolving issues, promoting products/services, and maintaining safety
- Maintain area of responsibility by cleaning/organizing car wash/gas station, ensuring accurate pricing signage
- Maintain Gas Station/Car Wash per policies: handle claims/returns, zone area, arrange/organize merchandise/supplies, identify shrink/damages, ensure safe environment
- Receive/stock merchandise/supplies, organize facility, follow procedures, utilize equipment, merchandise, complete/retain paperwork/logs/documentation
- Operate cash registers/tools to process purchases with proper procedures for payments/items
- Operate/maintain Gas Station/Car Wash equipment and provide products/services per policies
