  • Ability to communicate and explain Membership types, programs, benefits, credit card programs, and application processes to assist with account decisions, build Membership levels, encourage renewals, and promote Sam's Club products and services
  • Skills in providing Customer/Member service, including acknowledging customers, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services while maintaining a safe environment
  • Capability to maintain the Gas Station/Car Wash area by cleaning, organizing, ensuring accurate pricing/signage, handling claims/returns, zoning, arranging/organizing merchandise/supplies, identifying shrink/damages, and ensuring safety per company policies
  • Experience receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing/retaining required paperwork/logs/documentation
  • Proficiency operating equipment such as cash registers and related tools to process purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types and items
  • Ability to operate and maintain Gas Station/Car Wash equipment and provide products/services per company policies

  • Receive/stock merchandise/supplies from distribution centers/suppliers, organize/maintain facility following procedures, utilize equipment, merchandise, complete/retain paperwork/logs/documentation
