Project Coordinator

Employment Type: Contract

Salary: $27 - $31 USD per hour (paid hourly, 40 hours/week, eligible for an additional 4% in lieu of benefits and paid time off)

Position Overview

PointClickCare is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our Strategy and Continuous Improvement team. This role is crucial for coordinating activities related to project creation, data cleansing, and investigation, working collaboratively with multiple department teams throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Coordinator will support the implementation of new tools, policies, and processes and will report directly to the Sr. Resource Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing tasks related to project activities such as project creation, generic resourcing, and project budget updates.
  • Utilizing Kantata and Salesforce for project coordination.
  • Maintaining communication portals, including MS Teams, mailboxes, and calendars.
  • Investigating incomplete or inaccurate deliverables and consulting management for resolution of discrepancies.
  • Supporting the data cleansing process to ensure database accuracy.
  • Assisting Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reviewing Monthly Audits for Quality Compliance.

Requirements

  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Post-secondary education in a related area to Project Management/Administration.
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other PM tools.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while meeting multiple deadlines.

Asset to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce and Kantata.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP/CAPM).
  • Good understanding of project cycle activities as established by the PMBOK & Project Management Institute.
