Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from an accredited university or college, or an associate degree in electronics or technology with at least 4 years of experience in Field Design & Project management Services. They must also have the ability to travel and work weekends as needed, along with working knowledge of AutoCAD and experience creating electrical and/or mechanical design packages.

Responsibilities

As an Upgrade & Site Manager- Lead Retrofit, the individual will be responsible for the supervision, organization, and execution of service projects, including scope, time, cost, and quality management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will work with senior professionals, handle standardized project processes, develop installation packages, coordinate resources, track project activities, supervise subcontractors, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and identify and solve problems effectively. Furthermore, they will contribute to overall annual regional planning and success, and manage diverse clients within a region based on predefined contracts and frameworks.
