Responsibilities

  • Understand the obstetrics and gynecology market in the assigned area and build good relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and AOLs (Area Opinion Leaders)
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for the ultrasound business targeted at obstetrics and gynecology
  • Create a market environment that facilitates activities for sales, applications, service, and dealers
  • Acquire specialized skills to improve Win Rate and increase market share
  • Perform product proposals, demonstrations, presentations, and sales support
  • Manage existing customers to increase the repeat customer rate
  • Develop area strategies to gain an advantage in share competition with competitors
  • Build good relationships inside and outside the company with high motivation to achieve goals
  • Conduct regular visits to KOLs and AOLs to actively build good relationships
  • Strive to understand the assigned area's market, develop area strategies, and contribute to team goals
  • Actively participate in training to improve knowledge as a product specialist and train in-house sales or dealer sales using acquired knowledge
  • Hold regular meetings with dealers to create forecasts for achieving goals
