Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent and 3+ years of Ultrasound technical/clinical industry experience
  • American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) certification in: Abdomen, OB/GYN, Breast or RVT. Adult Cardiac and MSK desired
  • Demonstrated experience working on GE Healthcare GI systems
  • Deep understanding of clinical education training and associated process implementation
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging based on audience
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems, networking and IT
  • Willingness to travel extensively 75%+ within the US

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and clinical leadership during pre-sales process by demonstrating Ultrasound products
  • Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective based system training for customers
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for General Imaging Ultrasound and clinical liaison to the sales organization
  • Penetrate competitive accounts and communicate current market intelligence
  • Advance new product (NPI) features and clinical techniques; partner with customers in developing training plans
  • Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstrations and customer training
  • Act as focal point for modality/team, identify customer satisfaction issues, assist in escalations, and problem determination
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to standardize and optimize protocols
  • Embrace and promote adoption of hybrid training delivery mindset for customers
  • Maintain pre and post training documentation
  • Demonstrate safety first and quality mindset, maintaining applicable processes
