Responsibilities

  • Sell to partners and distributors or through them (may include channel sales support and channel development responsibilities)
  • Expand knowledge of sales area, product lines, market, sales processes, or customer groups to execute policies/strategies
  • Continuously develop higher levels of knowledge and skills
  • Understand basic key business drivers and use this understanding to complete work
  • Understand how own team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to the field
  • Exercise some autonomy to make decisions within defined frameworks
  • Resolve issues encountered in prescribed procedures with good business knowledge and judgment; consult senior team members for issues outside defined instructions/parameters
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills; communicate provided design and coordination services to directly related colleagues and business units
  • For customer-facing roles: build strong customer relationships and act as the interface between customers and GE HealthCare
  • Present technical information to others
  • Execute standard sales tasks, win business, with latitude to rearrange sequence based on changing situations; responsible for targeted clients, stable regions, and/or small/medium sales territories
