  • Significant experience in related roles in IT, Finance, PMO or Business Management
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, automation, macros)
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deliverables / deadlines within a complex matrixed environment
  • Experience in using a project and time tracking tool or a procurement system
  • Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of the team’s headcount and employee reqs
  • Manage risk and deliverables
  • Ensure timesheet compliance and managing financial accruals
  • Creation of content for monthly business reviews
  • Oversight of GEAR applications and portfolios
  • Organise the monthly UK and EMEA IT Roundtable – pull together agenda, take notes and facilitate the session
  • Coordinate the quarterly ALL Hands meeting for the CIOs, including content, presentation and logistics
  • Manage new Financial Forecast process, and work with the CIOs and their teams to capture next year’s financials and map them to applications
  • Work with Finance to allocate the application’s total cost of ownership to the appropriate receiver
  • Engage with Finance to reconcile the monthly data fallout and handle the offline mapping files for the standing data for statements of work and software requests
  • Work with the teams to manage the vendor statements of work and other procure to pay tasks, including invoices and coordinate account management meetings with the strategic partners
  • Understand policies and procedures to alert teams to any changes and help to ensure alignment to the policies and procedures
