Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Deliver remote technical support to customers, partners, and HPE employees, resolving hardware and software issues via phone and digital channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents on various HPE technologies, ensuring cases are managed efficiently and customer satisfaction is maintained
  • Collaborate with experienced team members and escalate more complex issues when necessary
  • Document case summaries and resolutions, contributing to HPE’s Knowledge Management System (KMS)
  • Continuously build knowledge on HPE technologies, tools, and processes
  • Play a key role in customer success by proactively identifying common issues and sharing prevention strategies
