Requirements

Candidates should possess at least six years of experience in trust and safety, risk management, or a related field, with a minimum of three years in a leadership role, ideally within consumer technology or the travel industry. Strong knowledge of risk mitigation strategies and incident response protocols is essential, along with experience developing and implementing trust and safety policies.

Responsibilities

The Trust & Safety Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive trust and safety strategy, working closely with leadership and stakeholders to address current challenges and anticipate future needs. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting and analytics to measure member experience and operational impact, creating and monitoring community standards and platform policies, proactively identifying risks and vulnerabilities, and collaborating with the Operations team on incident support and resolution. Additionally, the role involves working with the PED and Growth teams to drive Trust & Safety improvements and measuring the effectiveness of Trust & Safety policies and initiatives.
