Strong customer service skills and a proven ability to build customer loyalty are essential, along with a high degree of attention to detail and a complete understanding of the aviation industry, products, and services.

Responsibilities

The Trip Support Specialist III will be responsible for assisting in daily operations within flight operations, including ground handling, operational permits, slots, flight following, hotels, and transportation. They will also handle customs services, prepare and submit Canpass forms, arrange Border Overflight Exemptions, load and maintain trips in the Falcon system, load trip cost estimates, assist with fuel quotes, provide quality assurance for owned trips, manage incoming operational communications, serve as a primary point of contact and Account Executive for designated accounts, and assure that all trips are current and updated. Additionally, the role involves backup Flight Planner/Meteorologist duties, monitoring communications after hours, performing other assigned duties, and working across a 24/7 shift plan.
