Requirements

Responsibilities

The Trip Support Specialist II will manage daily operational tasks including ground handling, permits, slots, flight following, hotel bookings, and transportation, as well as coordinate customs services and prepare Canpass forms. They will load and maintain trip details and cost estimates in the Falcon system, assist with fuel quotes and arrangements, and ensure quality assurance for assigned trips. Additionally, the specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, build customer relationships, promote services, and ensure trip data accuracy. They will also participate in operational communications rotation, handle after-hours and weekend communications, and provide backup support for Flight Planning, Meteorology, and Supporting Services.
