Requirements

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of local team and office
Manage overall operations including technical development, implementation, personnel, budget, and financial oversight of all programs
Supervise staff: monitor daily work, track/approve timesheets and time off, monitor performance (goals, check-ins), document concerns, handle promotions/transitions/separations in HRIS
Build partnerships with stakeholders, funders, private donors, local communities, churches
Coordinate services to foreign nationals, refugee & immigrant services, humanitarian/disaster response, community strengthening
Manage grants, budgets, fundraising from private donors, program implementation
Ensure interdepartmental collaboration and alignment with World Relief’s core mission/values in matrix management context
Contribute to project development via national/divisional meetings and dialogues
Ensure office culture prioritizes respect, dignity for clients and families (text cuts off here)
