Requirements

  • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reservations and deadlines
  • Problem-solving ability to address travel disruptions, cancellations, or itinerary changes
  • Highly detail oriented and ensures accuracy in all tasks
  • Self-directed and works well independently, with ability to take direction and respond well to coaching and supervision when needed
  • Works well with others and contributes to a positive team dynamic
  • Experience using automated phone systems
  • Strong phone and email etiquette
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to work weekend shifts on a rotational basis
  • Experience with Google Suite and Salesforce
  • Experience with coordinating travel
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree is preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Research, book, and manage travel arrangements within the guidelines of corporate travel policies
  • Provide assistance with changes, cancellations, or other adjustments to travel plans as needed
  • Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the booking process
  • Take inbound calls and place outbound calls throughout the shift
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members, travelers and other stakeholders to understand travel preferences and requirements
  • Complete all other travel ancillary tasks as assigned
  • Be on time, ready to work at assigned work location on a daily basis
