Position Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Travel Agent to join our Air Department team. This role involves managing flight reservations, issuing tickets, and providing exceptional customer service via email, phone, and Zoom.
Key Responsibilities
- Book and manage flight reservations using Amadeus GDS
- Issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets accurately
- Provide fare quotes and resolve booking issues efficiently
- Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and Zoom
- Coordinate with airlines and vendors for schedule changes and special requests
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with travel policies
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized travel solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in air travel booking, preferably using Amadeus GDS
- Strong understanding of fare construction, ticketing procedures, and airline policies
