Requirements

Experience leading complex, multi-phase projects (ideally in technology or hardware deployment)
Ability to align diverse teams (sales, engineering, deployment, vendors) to achieve results
Comfort with hardware/software deployments and ability to manage technical requirements
Skilled at prioritizing, identifying risks, and balancing competing deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication for reporting, stakeholder updates, and vendor coordination
Resourceful and adaptable when challenges arise
Leverage data to evaluate outcomes and drive improvements
Experience streamlining workflows for scale and efficiency
PMP Certification (Bonus)
Experience working with public safety agencies (Bonus)
Knowledge of FAA Part 107 regulations (Bonus)
Hands-on experience with commercial UAS technology (Bonus)

Responsibilities

Support the Drone as First Responder (DFR) program
Scale complex DFR deployments—integrating hardware, software, and services
Connect engineering, deployment, vendors, and public safety customers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to Flock’s high standards
Accelerate adoption of innovative drone technology that makes communities safer
Onboard to Flock’s mission, values, and DFR program objectives
Build relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners
Learn project management tools and processes
Shadow customer calls and observe ongoing deployments
Begin preparing for FAA Part 107 certification
Take ownership of a smaller component of a DFR deployment
Lead technical feasibility and project alignment sessions
Manage scope, schedule, and resources for defined project elements
Deepen understanding of deployment challenges, risks, and best practices
Fully own one or more DFR deployments
