Responsibilities

  • Get exposure to Stryker Trauma culture and achieve industry-leading results
  • Receive and complete best-in-class formal Trauma training on product portfolio, selling skills, and on-the-job operating room training (observing 300+ cases in first year)
  • Develop well-rounded field exposure to all aspects of the selling/servicing process
  • Develop high competency in Orthopaedic surgical needs and procedures to become a valuable surgical team member and impact outcomes
  • Build strong brand in account management and client service
  • Work in a highly competitive environment utilizing best talents daily
