Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years in process management, supply chain operations, or logistics with emphasis on automation and data analysis
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Required)
  • Experience with ERP and TMS systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA or similar)
  • SQL and/or Python (Nice to have)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) (Nice to have)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Bias for action, process improvement, and an analytical mindset
  • Ability to collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high-quality data across ERP and Freight Audit & Pay; resolve exceptions with risk mitigation focus
  • Create and maintain SOPs and training materials for repeatable, high-quality execution
  • Support exception management and enhancements for processes such as ASN processing, billing gaps, and freight payments
  • Identify process inefficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and follow through to closure
  • Support accurate and timely cost and revenue recognition across logistics legs in partnership with Finance and Transportation
  • Deliver recurring, relevant, and accurate data/insights that highlight risks, opportunities, and recommended actions
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical partners across Supply Chain, Business Integration, and external vendors
  • Drive day-to-day operational excellence by ensuring data integrity, resolving process exceptions, and enabling accurate logistics and financial data
  • Manage data integrity, optimize logistics processes, document SOPs, and streamline workflows
