Responsibilities

  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines for team members
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the team
  • Monitor team performance and report on key metrics
  • Perform quality checks on individual work performance and identify training needs
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members
  • Ensure team members complete order processing using current tools, processes, and technology
  • Oversee patient and referral source engagement, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Manage front desk reception area and supervise Branch Coordinators
  • Assist in implementing new policies and programs
  • Support Sales efforts by maintaining contact with key accounts and referral sources
  • Supervise all direct reports within the department
  • Manage performance, hiring, and discipline of direct reports
  • Provide direction and guidance in work assignments
  • Offer timely coaching and feedback to staff
  • Ensure work assignments are completed effectively
  • Perform other duties as required
