Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with 4PL Control Tower, support daily operation of transportation services for Inbound Freight (20%)
  • Support MedTech IBF budget management, including accruals management, invoicing, freight audit & pay, and regular BvA process (20%)
  • Identify and implement cost optimization through operational improvements while ensuring service, quality, reliability, and compliance (20%)
  • Collaborate with other Supply Chain functions and 3PL/4PL’s on new supplier/lane set-ups, QA meetings, and sourcing tenders (20%)
  • Support KPI dashboard management for performance review of 3PL/4PL’s, drive process improvement via corrective actions, and conduct monthly performance reviews (10%)
  • Represent IBF Transportation in E2E MedTech Supply Chain forums and projects, drive E2E process alignments and trade-offs (10%)
