Requirements

  • Kommunikationsstark, strukturiert, eigeninitiativ und mit hoher Umsetzungsorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)

Responsibilities

  • Entwicklung und Steuerung von Transformationskonzepten für unsere Revenue-Organisation (z. B. Operating-Model-Weiterentwicklung, Go-to-Market-Optimierung, Pricing- & Produktstrategien)
  • (Teil-)Leitung und operative Umsetzung von Transformationsprogrammen und strategisch wichtigen Initiativen
  • Erstellung von Markt- und Umsatzanalysen, Business Cases sowie KPI-Reports zur Management- und Vorstandsunterstützung
  • Aufbereitung komplexer Inhalte in klaren, prägnanten Präsentationen für Board, Shareholder und internationale Stakeholder
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Commercial Solutions, Strategy, Product Marketing und Sales Leadership
