Expertise in advising clients on data-driven technology strategies to achieve strategic, financial, and operational goals
Strong energy, drive, personal resilience, passion for serving clients, and love of continual learning
Ability to break down processes into logical parts, construct clear reasoning and analyses, and solve complex problems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to appreciate diverse perspectives and bring out the best in teams
Deep understanding of technology platforms and architecture at the intersection of clients' industry
Deep industry and technology competence (e.g., in Cloud, Data, or Security)
Ability to build rapport with senior and expert stakeholders in business and technology functions to facilitate quick decision-making
Passion and extensive experience in technology, leadership, and management
Alignment to Products IAAD industry (Industrials, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense)

Responsibilities

Shape and steer technology-enabled, large-scale transformations with clients
Guide clients towards a well-defined, value-rich target while effectively managing change
Act as the glue between program stakeholders (internal and external) to keep the course and maximize value realization
Manage complex programs oriented towards value realization across multiple dimensions (e.g., financial, experience, sustainability)
Lead the definition of large-scale, complex transformative enterprise architectures and/or enterprise architecture operating models
Drive overall team deliverables while supervising and mentoring team members
Lead development of thought leadership, assets, and offerings with innovative insights, guidance, and recommendations on market-relevant topics
Build strong relationships with multiple senior clients, serving as a trusted advisor for the C-suite
Originate sales under MD direction
