Requirements

Minimum 8-10 years for CL8 and 6-8 years for CL9 experience in management reporting as data analyst, with 2+ years of data visualization experience. At least 3+ years within Accenture is preferred
Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel and data visualization; Power BI, Python, Cloud (Google Cloud Platform preferred)
Good background in data modelling and visualization using Power BI including creation of dashboards, maintenance and deployment
Hands-on experience working with Python for data analysis and cleaning
Preferred: Experience in designing/deploying Gen-AI solutions and integration into enterprise applications
Strong analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving with attention to detail combined with big picture thinking
Strong skills and experience in technical and communication skills (verbal & written), with a passion for optimization, data storytelling, and data visualization
Excellent stakeholder management and a high level of ownership and ability to work independently while collaborating with the larger team
Ability to present and tailor details and information to various levels of an organization
Ability to complete work independently with general mentorship on new projects/requirements and a low level of instruction on daily work tasks
Work well with peers, and superiors in all workstreams/verticals across the organization

Responsibilities

Drive the Data and Reporting requirements to support the operations of all the projects/workstreams and verticals under the OA&EP (Organization Architecture & Enterprise Performance) Team
Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and standard processes in data analysis and data science. Share knowledge and insights with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Actively participate in multi-functional initiatives, collaborating with team members to measure project success
Create and review guides and manuals and maintain them periodically
Manage relationships with stakeholder groups and work with key individuals
Lead the development and implementation of new features on the application while working with business and CIO team
Navigate successfully the interests of stakeholder groups and the delivery of a net business benefit
