Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of Corporate/Retail real estate experience, including site selection and negotiation. They must be proficient in lease review and negotiation, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, demonstrating strong communication and consulting skills. Prior experience delivering presentations to leadership is required, along with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights. A Master’s Degree and MCR/CCIM certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Transactions & Lease Administration Lead will manage a portion of Humana’s real estate portfolio, including sourcing new locations, managing/negotiating renewals, and overseeing lease dates. They will coordinate cross-functionally with project management and facilities management, oversee service provider transaction management, conduct site selection tours, and serve as a point of escalation for lease issues. The role involves managing the overall site selection and lease negotiation process, conducting financial analyses for lease/site selection decisions, completing forecasts and reports, advising executives on functional strategies, and ensuring Enterprise strategic alignment. Additionally, the Lead will review and advise service providers on strategic financial intent and contribute to process improvement efforts.
