Background in Quality and Operations is highly desirable, along with experience in training coordination in the healthcare medical device industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to organize multiple training initiatives, and proficiency in creating engaging training materials like videos and e-learning modules are required. Strong coaching and mentoring abilities are also essential.
This is a full-time standard Monday-Friday schedule in an office environment with adherence to GMP safety standards and some PPE required, such as safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, and ear plugs.
Candidates with a background in Quality and Operations, experience as a training coordinator in the healthcare medical device industry, and skills in developing interactive training materials like videos and e-learning will stand out.
