Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or certification in human resources, education, business, or a related field within the clinical trial industry. Three or more years of experience as a Training Operations Specialist, strong organization and time-management skills, creative problem-solving abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, strong technical aptitude, and experience administering a learning management system are required.

Responsibilities

The Training Operations Manager will facilitate the setup, delivery, and reporting of all training services for clients and internal employees. This includes supporting studies with multiple product lines, reviewing training plans, coordinating resource assignments with department managers, finalizing training schedules, managing the deployment of eLearning and instructor-led training, and communicating project risks.
