The Tour Coordinator will provide support to the Directors of Tour Merchandise and VP of Tour, working closely with supply chain, the creative and design team, artist management, tour personnel, and venue staff to help project and produce merchandise for sale at live events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage atVenu touring set up, including building tour legs, entering products and images, maintaining shipments, and keeping electronic warehouses up to date.
  • Coordinate and track shipments of merchandise to tour locations.
  • Generate Fed Ex labels for tour shipments, samples, and customer service issues.
  • Support Tour Directors in managing open venue receivables and open settlements.
  • Maintain the artist schedule in a shared document.
  • Support Tour Directors in managing expense reporting and invoices for road staff.
  • Provide general support to tour and road staff.
