The Tour Coordinator will manage venue touring setups, build out tour legs, enter products and images, maintain shipments, and keep electronic warehouses up to date. They will coordinate and track shipments of merchandise to tour locations, generate FedEx labels, and support Tour Directors in managing open venue receivables and open settlements. Additionally, the role requires maintaining artist schedules and supporting tour and road staff with expense reporting and invoices.
The Tour Coordinator will provide support to the Directors of Tour Merchandise and VP of Tour while working closely with supply chain, the creative and design team, artist management, tour personnel, and venue staff to help project and produce merchandise for sale at live events. They will manage venue touring setups, track shipments, generate labels, and assist with artist schedules and expense reporting.
