Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular market analyses to ensure competitive compensation practices
  • Lead the planning, design, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other fringe benefits
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and attractive benefit offerings
  • Manage and design executive compensation programs, including stock options, bonuses, and other executive benefits
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for executive compensation
  • Develop and oversee employee recognition and reward programs to enhance employee engagement and morale
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to align total rewards programs with performance management strategies
  • Support the development and implementation of performance-based rewards
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to educate employees on total rewards programs and offerings
  • Conduct workshops or training sessions to ensure employees understand the value of their total rewards package
