Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (recent graduates welcome). Alternatively, high school diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Comfortable experimenting with GenAI tools and applying statistical methods to validate insights
  • Fluent English

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize Total Rewards data from Workday and other HR systems
  • Support creation of regional reward dashboards and reports (Power BI or Workday Extend)
  • Conduct trend and correlation analyses (e.g., pay progression, turnover by role, benefit utilization)
  • Maintain and refresh data sets for International reporting
  • Use GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to summarize data insights and assist with draft reports
  • Explore AI-driven efficiencies such as automated data narratives or survey analysis
  • Support testing and feedback of AI-enabled reward tools or dashboards for managers and HR
  • Assist in gathering and comparing external market data (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson) with internal trends
  • Support the analysis of pay equity, benefits competitiveness, and retention levers across International markets
  • Provide analytical support during annual compensation and benefits review cycles
  • Prepare presentation materials and visuals for HR leadership updates, HR organization, colleagues, and candidates
  • Support all data gathering related to the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive
