Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (recent graduates welcome). Alternatively, high school diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
Comfortable experimenting with GenAI tools and applying statistical methods to validate insights
Fluent English

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize Total Rewards data from Workday and other HR systems
Support creation of regional reward dashboards and reports (Power BI or Workday Extend)
Conduct trend and correlation analyses (e.g., pay progression, turnover by role, benefit utilization)
Maintain and refresh data sets for International reporting
Use GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to summarize data insights and assist with draft reports
Explore AI-driven efficiencies such as automated data narratives or survey analysis
Support testing and feedback of AI-enabled reward tools or dashboards for managers and HR
Assist in gathering and comparing external market data (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson) with internal trends
Support the analysis of pay equity, benefits competitiveness, and retention levers across International markets
Provide analytical support during annual compensation and benefits review cycles
Prepare presentation materials and visuals for HR leadership updates, HR organization, colleagues, and candidates
Support all data gathering related to the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive
