Deliver technical and professional mentorship on complex predictive and prescriptive analytics using statistical and financial modeling
Develop new methods and address data and analysis issues using creativity, innovation, and lateral thinking
Build analytical capability of HR business partners through mentorship, consultation, and training
Serve as expert on selecting appropriate tools, identifying drivers, trends, and proactive opportunities in data
