Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Science, Business or a related area
6 years of Total Productive Maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing/supply chain environment
3 years of experience in coaching, mentoring and leading cross-functional teams (including team building, understanding motivation and negotiation techniques)
Self-motivated with a bias for action, sense of urgency, and tendency to quickly take personal responsibility
Hands-on team builder able to recognize resistance to change and lead individuals and teams through the change process
Competence in TPM, combined with on-the-job process expertise
Responsibilities
Lead Ecolab's Production System's Total Productive Maintenance transformation to drive continuous improvement and cultural shift
Implement rapid change and manage multiple improvement projects using TPM methodology, stakeholder input, and process expertise
Improve plant safety through continuous improvement, TPM projects, Safety Pillar interface, department functions, safety meetings, worksite inspections, SH&E audits, BBS observations, and incident management
Implement Ecolab’s Production System’s TPM Strategy within the plant aligned with Global framework, ensure continued deployment and systems sustainability
Oversee external consultant activity on-site with objective of self-leadership independence and site autonomy
Spend >50% of the day walking the plant, working closely with employees and teams
Coordinate area projects with site 5S leader and Kaizen/lean events with facilitators
Track all TPM and savings projects in the Project Management Tool (PowerSteering)
Complete Self-Assessment exercises, regular Plant Health Checks, and support Plant Manager in TPM audits per Global & Regional Master plans
Use Loss Analysis to identify and minimize major losses, drive savings, and meet supply chain excellence goals
Maintain a cost reduction program by evaluating operating methods and procedures
Drive and develop improvement teams to support the Plant Manager and promote TPM culture
Deliver TPM training aligned with Global TPM Strategy and Road Map
Represent site in Reaction Plant network TPM leadership group
Support manufacturing skills models to develop a Loss Analysis culture
