Requirements

Minimum 4 years supporting corporate IT environments with formal processes, change management, and ticketing systems
4+ years as a System Administrator, with responsibility for user account creation/management in Azure, OS/application installation, Active Directory/Dynamic Groups administration, and utilities management
Experience with Microsoft Azure GCC High and Office 365
Hands-on experience with Dell laptops (hardware support, imaging, staging, deployment, and managing Dell maintenance/support tickets)
Microsoft Intune administration and management experience
Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator or equivalent technical certification
Familiarity with ISO 9000, ISO 20000, and ISO 27000 standards
Active Top Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

Assist with the administration and maintenance of a multi-site environment (Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows OS, hardware, software, peripherals, cloud, and network services, telecommunications)
Ensure all work is done in compliance with the ISO 20000 and 27000 management systems
Create and maintain IT procedural and system documentation
Assist with the planning, migration, and integration of critical business systems and applications
Support laptop and mobile device support, Microsoft O365 account maintenance, build/load Windows OS, user account updates, password resets
Respond to user requests, problems, and concerns; implement solutions and provide updates to users
